17hats is a third party that allows you to create custom contact forms that you can embed directly into your Showit site.

Once you have signed up for 17hats, proceed to design your custom contact form within 17hats. After you have created your contact form, locate the green Install Form button, and choose the Insert Form on Website option.

This will pull up a pop-up window with an embed code you will want to copy into your clipboard. 

Once you have the embed code for your form copied, head over to the Showit Design App, select the canvas you want to add the form to, click on the Element Icon in the Bottom Toolbar, and choose the Embed Code option in the right side Properties Panel as shown below.

Lastly you will want to resize the embed box in both desktop and mobile views to ensure the full form is displayed. 

Then be sure to preview your new form and test to confirm you are receiving messages in 17Hats.
