If you have a need to have member-specific content or paywall-protected content, integrating with MemberSpace can help!

Note: MemberSpace is a separate service that will cost an additional fee outside of your Showit payment. MemberSpace also uses Stripe to handle payments so you will need to connect your Stripe account with MemberSpace.

What is MemberSpace?

Here is how MemberSpace describes its services:

How to integrate MemberSpace into your Showit site

Once you've subscribed and are ready to setup your membership pages, follow these steps to get everything setup and functioning on your site.

Step 1: Enter your account details here

Fill out the entry form to get your account details all dialed in.

Note: MemberSpace has this great progress tracker on the left of the screen. You must complete ALL the steps in this tracker to successfully setup your membership pages.

Step 2: Setup your protected member pages

Enter the URLs for the pages you wish to have protected. You can then choose when the page should be available and what membership plans can access each page (after you've setup membership plans in a later step)

Step 3: Get all of your membership pages setup and dialed in

You can always go back and adjust these options later.

Step 4: Create your member plans

Decide what plans you need for your business model and setup those plans in this step. You have a lot of options for further customization and these can always be adjusted later.

Step 5: Integrating membership signup into your site

Here is where you get the necessary tools to integrate your signup options into your site.

The gray "Get Sign-up Link" button to the right of your plan will give you the necessary URL to link to a button or piece of text in your site that will pop up the membership signup option when clicked.

Step 6: Further customize your setup

On this page, you have a ton of tools to further customize, integrate, change the wording, handle member emails, etc. This is essentially your dashboard to everything you need to change or customize to make this membership option look, feel, and function how you want.

Step 7: You MUST add this code to every page that has MemberSpace connectivity.

This code should be added to the HTML head code section of your site on every single page that has MemberSpace functionality. If this code is not embedded the functionality will not work as it should.

That's it! MemberSpace is now set up and functioning on your site! Your visitors can now sign up for your membership options to gain access to special content not available to non-members.
