After generating an embed code from the widget you are wanting to add to your site, proceed to the canvas you wish for it to appear on. With the canvas selected, choose the bottom middle icon, and then choose the embed code option.

Once you've added the embed code, you will see the "embed" tab at the top of the Properties Panel, on the right, click there as this is where we want to add our code. Next, paste the embed code from your widget into the custom code field and click out of the code field. Then style out the canvas area around your widget to your liking and you are all set!
