Want to add a contact form to your blog posts? Here is a great solution and one that works with Akismet to prevent spam.
Contact form 7 can manage multiple contact forms, plus you can customize the form and the mail contents flexibly with simple markup. The form supports Ajax-powered submitting, CAPTCHA, Akismet spam filtering, and so on.
Adding Contact Form 7
Basic Starter Blogs are pre-loaded with this plugin. Just click to activate the plugin.
For the Advanced Blog plan, you'll want to look up "Contact Form 7", Install and Activate.

Once active, the plugin will show up in your Admin panel to the left and select Contact or you can click settings from the Contact Form 7 settings tab in the plugins section.
Woot! Well done!! You're now ready to start designing your own contact form.
