How to get started with a design from the Showit Design Market

This document will show you how to get started with a design purchased from the Showit Design Market. These steps do not apply to Showit designs purchased on other third party design stores. Learn how to add Showit designs purchased on other design stores.

Add Your New Design


Once the purchase of your new design is complete, log in to the Showit Design App to get started. If you are new to Showit, you will use the same login information created during the checkout process in the Showit Design Market.

First Time Showit Users:

  1. After you’ve logged in to Showit and you are choosing a design for the first time, click the Your Designs tab in the upper right hand corner.

2. Select the design that you just purchased.

3. Click Start With This Design.

Already Using Showit:

  1. Once logged into Showit, click your name in the left side of the Bottom Toolbar. 

  2. Click Create a New Site.

  3. Click the My Designs tab.

  4. Select the design that you just purchased.

  5. Click Start With This Design.

Not Seeing Your Purchased Design?

  • Make sure you are logged into Showit with the same login email used to purchase your design.

  • If you are in the right spot, check out this article on where to find your purchased designs.

  • If all else fails and you still do not see your purchased design, click on the chat bubble next to the Get Help text in the bottom right corner of the Design App to reach out to the Showit Support Team. Just let us know what the issue is and we'll get to work!

Design Market Refund Policy


Because of the nature of digital designs being instantly installed in your account, all design purchases are final. Purchases are non-returnable.
